Mud Run Event: Run the Ridge on Jul 19, 2014
Run the Ridge

Run the Ridge is a 5k Mud Run designed by local military mud runners, untouched terrain from Mother nature and features built by some diabolical minds ready to test you and your mud running skills. Testing your endurance is only the beginning. Elevation, yup we have some... But for what we lack in straight up- we will more than make up for in sheer craziness in "Features"; Mud..water.. ledges..tires(obligatory).. hills..slop and all other types of things for you to go over -thru -around -and under.

WHEN:

Saturday July 19th 2014. Need we say it... rain or shine.

TIME:

5k start times; 8:45 fast & furious, 10:00 am,11:00am

2k Family Run 1:00pm.

HOW MUCH?

5K Mud Run - $45.00 pp. First 100 get free Run the Ridge t-shirt ( on line reg. only)

2K Family Mud Run - $20.00 per adult and $10.00 per munchkin(10 and under).

If you are running the 5k you do NOT have to pay the 20.00 to run the 2k with your kids. The Family run is a 2k with features built with the kids in mind. And ok, we will toss some stuff at ya that the kids should avoid, but you are the parent so take care of your mud munchkins...

WHY & WHAT FOR?-

The Albany Vet Center offers services to our local Veterans and active military and their families. The support they offer in invaluable- Our Military need and deserve all the assistance we can offer them.
