Join us for Ireland''s muckiest 5k and 10k obstacle mud run on Saturday 14th September 2013 in the beautiful grounds of Ballinlough Castle, Co Westmeath!

We''ve got it all - ditches, ropes, slides, swings and climbing frames, pits, canals, lakes, forests, and of course loads of MUCK! It''s serious fun for all, whether you''ve been running for 20+ years or if "exercise" is only something you watch other people do, you''ll have great craic with us.

We''ll help you get ready with great hints and tips, and easy training suggestions to help you get focussed for the big day. There''ll be plenty of tasty treats on the day you can reward yourself with (and your cheering support team).
