Feeling inspired while working out or during a mud run will help you feel energized and motivated. Whether running alone or in a group, music will help keep you going throughout. Unfortunately, listening to the same songs over and over can become a bit boring. Listed below are some of our favorites running songs:

We all know this one. The theme song for Rocky III, it’s pounding beat and pumped-up lyrics are iconic, and they're the perfect solution if your stride is lagging. Europe - The Final Countdown
If you're an eighties kid, you have to have this one on your playlist. It starts off slow, but after the opening bars, it'll have you pumped up in no time. Eminem - Lose Yourself
This classic tale of a man determined to break into the world of rapping is enough to get anyone on their feet. The lyrical memoir is an inspiration to anyone whose feet might be dragging. Fort Minor - Remember the Name
Another gritty true-to-life tale of an aspiring young talented musician, this ditty is full of heart-pumping and foot-stomping beats. Boys Like Girls - The Great Escape
What better song to use for running than one about making an escape? This one is upbeat enough to quicken your pace several tenths of an MPH. Darkness - I Believe in a Thing Called Love
Need a boost going up a hill? This upbeat jam should do the trick! Other favorites, which need no explanation, include:
Obviously, you'll want to add some of your favorites to this list. There are plenty of others great songs that are sure to get you moving. Your list will be different, but these will get you started.
